The first season isn’t that great, it’s pretty slow.  But it’s only six episodes, and it does develop the characters and gets pretty good by the end.  Then you can get onto the second season which is amazing.  Don’t let it bum you out that it looks like a carbon copy of the office at first.  It definitely isn’t and ends up having a lot more heart.
